Offshore Favorites

Yellowfin Tuna
Known for their blistering speed and powerful fight, yellowfin are one of the Gulf’s ultimate gamefish. Excellent odds in season, and incredible on the grill or as sushi-grade fillets.

Swordfish
Deep-dwelling and powerful. A rare but rewarding catch.

Wahoo
One of the fastest fish in the ocean. Strikes hard and runs harder, with firm, tasty fillets.

Vibrant colors and acrobatic fights make mahi a charter favorite. Their mild, sweet flavor is perfect for the table.

Blackfin Tuna
Smaller cousin of the yellowfin, but just as fun to catch and delicious to eat.

A Gulf Coast classic. Hard fighters with flaky, white meat that’s considered a delicacy. Highly regulated with specific open seasons.
Red Snapper

Vermilion & Lane Snapper
Smaller but equally tasty snapper species, often found in big schools.

Found around structures and reefs, a smart fighter and a great eating fish.

Nicknamed “Reef Donkey” for their stubborn fight. A true workout for anglers!

Redfish (Red Drum)

Speckled Trout
A local favorite, especially for light-tackle anglers. Delicious pan-fried or grilled.
