At Pier Pressure Charters, we target some of the Gulf Coast’s most exciting and delicious fish. Whether you’re looking for a trophy catch, a fierce fight, or fresh fillets for dinner, our trips have something for everyone.

Yellowfin Tuna

Known for their blistering speed and powerful fight, yellowfin are one of the Gulf’s ultimate gamefish. Excellent odds in season, and incredible on the grill or as sushi-grade fillets.

Deep-dwelling and powerful. A rare but rewarding catch.

Wahoo

One of the fastest fish in the ocean. Strikes hard and runs harder, with firm, tasty fillets.

Mahi-Mahi (Dorado)

Vibrant colors and acrobatic fights make mahi a charter favorite. Their mild, sweet flavor is perfect for the table.

Blackfin Tuna

Smaller cousin of the yellowfin, but just as fun to catch and delicious to eat.

A Gulf Coast classic. Hard fighters with flaky, white meat that’s considered a delicacy. Highly regulated with specific open seasons.

Smaller but equally tasty snapper species, often found in big schools.
